Joan
Lee has been involved with Amateur Theatre groups for over 35
years. Her vast experience covers all aspects
of stage management, including producing and directing musicals,
plays and pantomimes, props management, wardrobe, make-up, prompting
plus various front-of-house activities.
Her creative writing career began with traditional British Pantomimes
and blossomed following her retirement from a busy solicitor's
office. She now finds time to formulate, develop, and script
plots for this series of Murder Mystery Plays which are performed
mainly as fund raisers for churches, charities or stage societies.
These plays are so popular, that rarely is a seat to be had
once a performance is announced. Joan keeps in touch with thespians
through her continuing work as secretary of an amateur dramatics
group.
